This guide covers how points accrue, how tiers multiply what you earn, and what you can redeem from BOOTH partner brands.
How you earn points
Each dollar of booth rent paid through BOOTH earns 1 point. Points post automatically — no opt-in form, no manual claim. Bookings paid through your BOOTH page and successful referrals add to your balance too. Pay rent on autopay and the base rate doubles. Enable autopay when you accept a shop's rental plan.
Starting bonuses and streaks
New barbers on the platform receive 100 points on a first payment and 250 when they join their first shop. Refer another barber who starts paying through BOOTH and you earn 500. On-time rent streaks unlock milestone bonuses: 500 points at 3 months, 1,000 at 6, and 2,500 at 12 consecutive on-time payments.
100 points = $1 toward gear
Points convert at a fixed rate in the rewards shop: 100 points equals $1 toward equipment and supplies. Points are not store credit toward rent — they are for the products and partner offers you redeem and have shipped to you.
Climb the tiers
Lifetime points set your multiplier on everything you earn after you reach a tier: Bronze — 0+ points · 1× Silver — 1,000+ · 1.1× Gold — 5,000+ · 1.25× Platinum — 15,000+ · 1.5× Your tier applies going forward. A barber who crosses into Gold earns 1.25× on the next rent payment, not just the ones before.
What's in the rewards shop
The shop is stocked through BOOTH partner brands — barber tools, styling products, shop supplies, and wellness offers. A sample of what's live today: Blade & Co. Supply — premium clippers, trimmers, and professional barber tools. Crown Pomade — styling products used in shop daily. Sharp & Clean Co. — capes, neck strips, brushes, and salon essentials. CryoZone Recovery — cryotherapy and sports recovery sessions. GreenRoots Nutrition — supplements and wellness essentials. FitLab Studios — fitness classes across partner locations. Each listing shows the points required and the partner discount. New partners and SKUs roll in as the catalog grows — open /rewards to browse the current set.
Redeem and track your balance
Go to Dashboard → Rewards to see your balance, tier, earn history, and available redemptions. Select an item, confirm the points spend, and the partner fulfills the order to your address. Points do not expire while your account stays active. Your history tab shows every earn and redeem event in one place.
Set up payments to start earning
Points accrue on rent paid through BOOTH — so connect Stripe under Dashboard → Account for booking payouts, and accept your shop's rental plan with autopay enabled. Your Booths page shows the chair, rate, and next charge date. Dashboard → Payments holds the ledger; Dashboard → Rewards holds the points. Same platform, two views of the same activity.
