Invite or accept
Two ways in: invite a barber you already know from your shop page, or accept an inquiry from someone who found your listing. Either way they end up attached to your shop.
Put them on a plan
Pick which of your rental plans they're on and which chair it covers. The plan is what sets the amount and the cycle — you don't type a number every month.
Send the agreement
Generate the booth-rental contract from the shop page and send it. They read it and sign with their finger on their phone; you both get the signed PDF, with your logo and their signature on it.
Turn on autopay
With a card on file, the plan renews on its own — weekly, biweekly, or monthly. That's the difference between chasing rent and watching it arrive.
Watch it from the dashboard
Scheduled payments shows what's coming. Transactions shows what landed. Paid, overdue, and upcoming update the moment money moves, per barber and per chair.
Good to know
- 01Set the plan up before you send the contract — the agreement reads better when the terms in it match a real plan.
- 02A barber who pays through BOOTH is earning points on that rent. It costs you nothing and it's a real reason for them to pay you on the rail instead of in cash.
